Job Description
This is a hybrid role. As a Senior Analyst - Affiliates, you will play a key role in building and evolving Entain's Performance Marketing Analytics capability, specialising in Affiliate Marketing. You'll own and enhance the reporting and analytics that power affiliate performance across our global brands, helping stakeholders make data-driven decisions that optimise marketing investment, drive growth, and unlock new opportunities across markets and products.
Reporting to the Affiliates Analytics Manager, you will be part of the Performance Marketing Analytics team, who are responsible for delivering trusted marketing and affiliate analytics, developing scalable reporting solutions, and driving insight-led decision making across the business. Working closely with Affiliate, Marketing, Commercial, Finance, and Data teams, you'll develop robust data models, create impactful reporting and dashboards, and contribute to the team's evolving AI strategy through the use of Snowflake AI, Paradime, Power BI, and Sigma.

You Will:
- Analyse affiliate performance across multiple brands, markets, and products, delivering actionable insights to support commercial decision-making and identify growth opportunities.
- Own, maintain, and continuously enhance affiliate dashboards and reporting suites across Power BI and Sigma, ensuring accurate, reliable, and scalable performance reporting.
- Extract, manipulate, and analyse large datasets using SQL and other analytical tools, developing robust data models and validating data quality across multiple sources.
- Partner closely with Affiliate, Marketing, Commercial, Finance, and Data teams to translate business requirements into impactful analytical solutions and recommendations.
- Support the development of next-generation marketing intelligence capabilities, leveraging AI technologies, automation, and modern analytics tooling to drive innovation across the affiliate analytics function.
Qualifications
You Have:
- At least 3 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or closely related roles.
- Expert-level Snowflake proficiency and SQL skills with a strong command of advanced analytical patterns
- Expert visualisation skills and report and dashboard building, preferably in Power BI and Sigma
- Hands-on experience with dbt for developing, testing, and maintaining analytics-ready data models.
- Stakeholder management and working across multiple performance streams in the business, up to director level
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-autonomy environment with shifting priorities
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent).
Desired
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted data development tools — particularly Snowflake Cortex and Claude Code
