The Role
As Programmatic Executive you will support Programmatic Media Trading within Ticketek's Self-Service and Managed Media service division, helping build best practice and expertise across digital campaigns. You'll support programmatic execution, optimise performance through data-driven insights, and collaborate cross-functionally to help drive results and share knowledge.

Programmatic Execution
- Programmatic Trading: Set up, manage and deliver programmatic buys within DV360, The Trade Desk (TTD) and Vistar, building your trading skills to help optimise campaign performance.
- Campaign Optimisation: Support segmentation and optimisation activity across campaigns, using data-driven insights to help meet client expectations.
- Reporting & Insights: Prepare consistent, accurate and timely reports, providing clear insights to help inform client recommendations.
- Team Collaboration: Work with cross-functional and offshore teams to support client and genre strategy, annual account plans and marketing solutions.
Continuous Learning
- Best Practice Awareness: Apply best practice in programmatic media trading, analytics and data-driven storytelling, and use digital marketing measurement and attribution principles to your work.
- Knowledge Sharing: Support stakeholders understanding of campaign performance, and continuously grow your expertise by staying current on industry developments and sharing insights with the team.
Capabilities to Bring
You’ll thrive in this role if you bring:
Essential Experience & Skills
- Industry Background: 1+ years' experience in digital media, Ad Tech, agency or independent trading desk environment, with hands-on experience across DSPs including DV360 and TTD.
- Programmatic Expertise: A solid understanding of programmatic channels including Display, Video, Audio and DOOH, and a proven track record managing client campaigns.
- Analytical Mindset: Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, backed by basic Excel skills ie; Pivot tables.
Desirable
- Sector & Platform Exposure: Experience across retail, entertainment or ticketing verticals, plus CM360 and Ad Ops experience, and exposure to CDP/DMP and CRM-data integration with media platforms.
- Hand-on experience across Yahoo! And Vistar (or similar DOOH platforms)
