Overview
We are hiring a Programmatic Account Manager to help shape high-performing, insight-led campaigns at SKY. You’ll bring together data, technology and creative thinking to deliver meaningful results for clients across display, online video, YouTube, Connected TV and BVOD. Alongside owning campaigns from planning through to evaluation, you’ll support a small team and help them produce work they are proud of. This is an opportunity to strengthen our programmatic product, test emerging solutions and turn campaign learning into future growth.
Responsibilities
What you'll be doing:
- Develop accurate programmatic media plans that deliver against client KPIs and support strong commercial outcomes.
- Create test-and-learn roadmaps with clear hypotheses, robust measurement and opportunities to explore emerging solutions.
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of multiple campaign types, improving workflows through thoughtful processes and automation.
- Analyse campaign performance across platforms such as DV360, The Trade Desk and Amazon, translating results into clear recommendations.
- Build trusted client relationships through regular communication, accessible reporting and a strong understanding of their business priorities.
- Coach and support Programmatic Executives and Senior Executives, setting clear expectations and creating opportunities for development.
- Identify standout work, share learning across the team and contribute to award submissions that showcase campaign impact.
Qualifications
Skills we're looking for:
- Experience planning, implementing and evaluating programmatic campaigns, with a sound understanding of relevant channels and platforms.
- The ability to select meaningful metrics and connect campaign performance to clients’ business and marketing objectives.
- Curiosity about data, including the judgement to recognise its limitations and turn analysis into practical recommendations.
- Strong attention to detail, with a consistent approach to quality assurance across your own work and the work you oversee.
- Confidence using technology to solve business challenges, improve efficiency and assess the value of new solutions.
- Clear, engaging communication skills, with the ability to explain campaign performance and technical concepts to different audiences.
- A collaborative and supportive approach to leadership, change and inclusive ways of working.
