As a key member of the Product and Growth Marketing team, you will lead marketing strategy, go-to-market execution, lifecycle engagement, and growth initiatives across three critical business areas:
- RestaurantOwner.com Subscription Services
- Partner Solutions Portfolio (Healthcare HQ and Strategic Partner Products)
- Workforce Development Initiatives
You will be responsible for driving subscriber growth, customer engagement, partner marketing execution, and workforce program awareness through coordinated marketing campaigns, customer communications, partner enablement, digital marketing initiatives, and cross-functional project leadership.
Working closely with Product Management, Enterprise Marketing, Workforce Development, Business Development, Customer Success, State Restaurant Associations, and external partners, you will execute integrated marketing strategies that drive awareness, adoption, engagement, retention, and revenue growth across multiple product and program portfolios.
Ideal candidates should have 5-10 years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, subscription services, and/or product-led growth environments. This position requires a collaborative marketer who is both strategic and hands-on, with expertise in customer acquisition, lifecycle marketing, retention, and revenue growth. The successful candidate brings a strong understanding of modern marketing best practices, a data-driven mindset, and a passion for optimizing the end-to-end customer experience. Position requires a highly adaptable self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
RestaurantOwner.com Subscription Business (50%)
Product Marketing & Subscriber Growth
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for RestaurantOwner.com products, services, and enhancements.
- Define positioning, messaging, value propositions, and competitive differentiation.
- Partner with Product Management to drive product launches, adoption, engagement, and retention.
- Support customer segmentation, pricing, packaging, promotional, upsell, and cross-sell initiatives.
Lifecycle Marketing & Optimization
- Lead marketing support for onboarding, engagement, retention, renewal, and win-back programs.
- Develop and optimize automated customer journeys across digital channels.
- Monitor key performance metrics including acquisition, conversion, retention, churn, and customer lifetime value to identify growth opportunities.
- Leverage customer research, feedback, and insights to improve growth and customer experience.
Partner Solutions Portfolio (30%)
- Lead marketing support for Healthcare HQ and strategic partner products, including UnitedHealthcare, Teladoc, Optum Perks, HealthMarkets, and future partner programs.
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns, co-branded materials, content, webinars, and promotional assets.
- Create marketing playbooks and co-marketing resources for State Restaurant Associations and strategic partners.
- Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to increase partner engagement, product adoption, and growth.
Workforce Development Initiatives (20%)
- Support marketing strategies and campaigns for workforce development programs, workshops, training events, and educational initiatives.
- Assist with program positioning, marketing strategy, campaign planning, and promotional execution.
- Develop communications, success stories, and promotional assets to increase awareness, participation, and program impact.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to expand program reach, engagement, and adoption.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field required.
- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, lifecycle marketing, demand generation, subscription services, and/or product-led growth environments.
- Familiarity with the Education, Training, and Certification industry is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated experience growing a subscription, membership, SaaS, or recurring revenue business through customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and customer lifecycle strategies.
- Experience developing go-to-market plans and executing integrated, cross-channel marketing campaigns for product, program, or service launches.
- Strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing, conversion optimization, retention, renewal, and customer growth strategies.
- Knowledge of the Hospitality and Restaurant industry is a plus.
- Familiarity with GA4, Pendo, Keap, MemberGate, Marketo, and other marketing automation and customer engagement platforms is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data and insights to drive decision-making and optimize marketing performance.
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Outstanding project management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple cross-functional initiatives simultaneously.
- Hands-on capability to develop marketing assets, including presentations, product demos, eBooks, videos, customer communications, and event or webinar content.
- Creative problem solver who can generate innovative marketing ideas and effectively partner across teams to drive execution and business outcomes.
- Experience and confidence in presenting to internal and external audiences and influencing stakeholders across multiple functions.
- Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in support of business growth objectives.
- Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
