The Performance Marketing Specialist, UK supports QVC International, and drives profitable sales and customer growth through assigned performance marketing channels.
Where You'll Work
This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at Chiswick Park, West London two days a week.
What You'll Do
You will plan, execute and optimise campaigns across assigned performance marketing channels, including Paid Search & Shopping, Affiliate, Display and App Marketing
You'll develop detailed weekly and monthly plans for sales, new names and incremental EBIT, aligned to the in-market Customer Plan and Digital Sales Plan
You will evaluate performance against plan, identify insights and translate results into clear actions and recommendations
Develop and present new business opportunities beyond pre-defined budgets to support growth in assigned channels
You'll build relationships with external partners, develop joint business plans, implement test scenarios and identify new partner opportunities
What You'll Bring
You will have at least 2 years' experience in performance marketing, with proven success in driving profitable sales and customer development, within a consumer-facing business.
You have hands-on experience setting up campaigns in relevant channels, with knowledge of platforms such as Criteo, RTB House and Google Display Network
Good technical understanding of performance marketing tools and tracking, including SQL, implementation or pixel testing
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data insights into clear, actionable recommendations
Confidence working across different levels of the business, including executive stakeholders, and collaborating in an international environment
