The Performance Marketing Specialist, Paid Media will play a critical role in helping to manage performance advertising campaigns for two growing ecommerce brands: Coverstore and Leatherology. As a member of DCI’s Digital Acquisition & Analytics team, you will work side by side with a team of advertising and email marketing specialists to manage, implement, optimize, test and expand our performance marketing efforts for both brands. Your expertise and deep analytical skills will help create a digital marketing center of excellence and leverage best practices across the company.

Duties and responsibilities

Paid Search & Shopping

Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Amazon/Walmart Sponsored Ads

Conduct keyword and competitive research to identify growth and defense opportunities

Continually test and refine campaign structure, data feeds, bidding strategies, ad formats, and copy

Paid Social & Display

Build and launch campaigns across Meta, YouTube, TikTok, Criteo, and emerging platforms per the marketing plan

Partner with marketing and design teams to implement and maintain display and video ads; provide data-driven recommendations on creative and visual elements

Optimize audiences, bidding, placements, ad copy, and banner creative against performance targets

Analytics, Tracking & Reporting

Produce weekly and monthly paid media reports that surface trends, risks, and scaling opportunities

Monitor site and channel performance using Google Analytics, Triple Whale, and internal dashboards

Use AI tools to automate reporting, streamline repetitive workflows, and surface insights faster

Maintain tracking accuracy across platforms (conversion tags, UTMs, attribution)

Budget & Forecasting

Support ad spend allocation, pacing, and forecasting across Google, Meta, Microsoft, and marketplace channels

Flag over/under-pacing and recommend reallocation based on incremental return

Testing & Experimentation

Design and run A/B tests on ad creative, landing pages, and audience targeting to improve conversion rates

Document results and turn wins into standard practice across accounts

Qualifications

2+ years in an e-commerce performance marketing capacity required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Hands-on experience managing advertising campaigns across paid search, paid social, programmatic display (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Shopify and Google Analytics), and other biddable media platforms

Knowledge and experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar) to automate reporting, analysis, and repetitive marketing workflows

Working knowledge of web analytics, SEO, Email marketing, conversion optimization, marketing attribution, and e-commerce best practices

Strong analytical skills — able to interpret reports, build measurable strategies, and drive decisions with data

Advanced Excel skills; proficient in Word and PowerPoint

Excellent project management, organization, and attention to detail

Strong written and verbal communication; collaborative and an active listener

Local to the Dallas–Fort Worth area
