Role Overview

We are seeking a hands-on, data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to own the buying, building, and day-to-day optimisation of all paid media across our participating partner clinics. You will be the operator behind our Google, Meta, and adjacent paid channels — structuring campaigns, writing and iterating ad copy, managing bids and budgets, and taking full accountability for what every euro or pound of media spend returns in qualified leads and booked-and-attended consultations.

This is a builder's role, not a director's role. You will be in the platforms daily, and you will be measured on outcomes at the clinic level rather than on clicks or impressions: your primary metric is the cost per qualified paid lead delivered into the CRM, per clinic.

The ideal candidate is rigorous with tracking and data hygiene, thinks in terms of cost-per-acquisition and return on ad spend, and is energised by owning performance end to end.

How you will work

You will receive briefs, budgets, and clinic goals through each clinic's Account Marketing Strategist and you will join monthly per-clinic business reviews alongside the Strategist to review performance against baseline. The Strategist owns all performance conversations with clinic partners; your voice reaches partners through them. You report to the Head of Marketing, who arbitrates any portfolio-level trade-offs, including budget decisions between same-city clinics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, launch, and manage paid media campaigns end to end across Google Ads and Meta — including structure, targeting, bidding, ad copy, and creative testing — for the portfolio of participating clinics.
  • Allocate and optimise media budgets within each clinic's ring-fenced plan, with a per-clinic P&L mindset, optimising toward cost per qualified lead and, ultimately, cost per booked-and-attended consultation.
  • Verify before every launch that tracking is correctly in place — UTMs to the naming convention, click IDs passing into the CRM, and conversion events firing. Compliance with the tracking standard is a condition of go-live, and it is yours to guarantee.
  • Implement and maintain offline conversion feedback, returning click IDs and CRM outcomes to the platforms so they optimise toward attended consultations rather than form-fills.
  • Produce clear, transparent per-clinic reporting on spend, cost per acquisition, and return on ad spend, against each clinic's own baseline.
  • Work closely with the Web/SEO, content, and CRM teams to protect the full funnel from click to attended consultation.
  • Continuously test, learn, and improve, sharing findings and playbooks across the portfolio so every clinic benefits from every experiment.

Essential Experience Requirements:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience running Google Ads and Meta Ads, managing real budgets rather than only reporting on them.
  • Demonstrable fluency with conversion tracking, including GA4, pixel and tag setup, and disciplined UTM practice, with the habit of verifying tracking before launch, not after.
  • A strong cost-per-acquisition and return-on-ad-spend mindset, with the ability to think in per-account P&L terms.
  • Rigour with tagging, naming conventions, and data hygiene.
  • Comfortable working towards clear KPIs in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where structure is still being built.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

Desirable Experience Requirements:

  • Experience with offline conversion tracking and CRM-to-platform feedback loops.
  • Experience across additional paid channels such as TikTok, YouTube, or programmatic, and with landing-page conversion-rate optimisation.
  • Experience advertising in healthcare, medical, or aesthetic settings, including the associated ad-standards and health-claim constraints.
  • Experience marketing across multiple locations or markets.
  • Proficiency in French or German
