Performance Marketing Specialist
Impact ScaleWe are seeking a data-driven, execution-focused Performance Marketing Specialist to support the tracking, optimization, and scaling of our digital media buying ecosystem, publisher networks, and internal offer portfolios. In this individual contributor role, you will execute day-to-day multi-channel workflows, monitor traffic quality, and organize performance metrics to help support company margin expansion goals.
Working closely with cross-functional technical teams, you will maintain campaign dashboards, track pacing analytics, and deliver the structured data insights needed by leadership to drive portfolio profitability. Key Responsibilities
- Performance Analysis & Support: Monitor buyer and publisher network performance metrics; maintain established optimization workflows across media buyer teams, affiliate networks, and active offer portfolios.
- Buyer Coordination & Pacing: Track media buyer profitability, active ad-spend pacing, and campaign-level metrics; facilitate technical onboarding integrations and flag operational pathways to scale media spend safely.
- Traffic Quality Monitoring: Support daily traffic quality and profitability tracking across all network partners; audit data against performance benchmarks and flag anomalies to leadership for optimization.
- Offer Portfolio Tracking: Aggregate and organize end-to-end consumer offer data to support testing, scaling, or sunsetting recommendations; track pricing structures, payouts, and offer economics.
- Reporting & Data Analytics: Update centralized performance dashboards and unified reporting systems; compile multi-channel performance trends to deliver functional insights that support data-backed decision-making across business verticals.
- Operational Execution: Coordinate day-to-day performance-centric tasks and cross-functional project updates; maintain automated workflows and track organizational KPIs for the performance function.
Qualifications & Skills
- Professional Experience: 2–3+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, media buying coordination, or network operations inside an agency or digital marketing ecosystem.
- Direct-Response & Affiliate Literacy: Strong understanding of direct-response media metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, CVR), tracking integrations (pixels, postbacks), offer economics, and publisher network dynamics.
- Data & Dashboard Proficiency: Capability in using, interpreting, and organizing business intelligence (BI) dashboards, tracking sheets, and performance models.
- Analytical Problem-Solving: Proven track record of gathering financial metrics, cross-referencing payout structures, and identifying revenue leakage or growth opportunities.
- Collaboration Skills: Strong communication skills with an ability to coordinate across cross-functional teams (creative, tech, media buyers) and present clear performance updates to leadership.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: $60,000 - $85,000 per year (Dependent upon experience, expertise, and strategic value).
