Endy is looking for a Partnerships & Influencer Marketing Specialist to report to the Director, Brand Marketing, who can turn big swings — a sports partnership, a content creator campaign — into brand moments that build sentiment, community, and revenue.
You will take the lead on activating the partnership and collaborator strategy we've built including our national partnership with the WNBA, our athlete and ambassador program, and Endy's influencer and creator community. It's a blended role: expect your time to run roughly 60% partnerships, 40% influencer marketing, though that mix shifts with the season — heavier on partnerships around league openers, heavier on influencer work around product launches. This is also an individual contributor role with real ownership from day one.
What you'll do in this role:
Partnerships & Sponsorship Activation
- Own day-to-day execution of Endy's sports and brand partnerships (WNBA, athlete and ambassador programs), bringing the strategy to life set by the Director, Brand Marketing
- Manage partnership timelines, deliverables, and budgets against plan across multiple partners and programs running at once
- Support league and rights-holder relationship management, sponsorship agreement administration, and tracking of contractual entitlements (signage, hospitality, digital assets) — partnering closely with Brand Director on higher-stakes negotiations and multi-year deal terms
- Support the development and tracking of sponsorship-specific ROI frameworks (media value, hospitality utilization) alongside the Director, Brand Marketing
- Manage ambassador relationships and their contracted deliverables — content, appearances, and community engagement providing feedback and enhancing performance
- Coordinate activation logistics: events, hospitality, on-site execution, and partner-facing problem-solving ensuring they are on brand, in partnership with the Marketing team
- Negotiate and manage standard partner and vendor contracts within your scope
- Track and report on partnership performance, feeding learnings back into future planning and to the wider business
Influencer & Creator Marketing
- Develop and deliver the influencer brand strategy in partnership with the Director, Brand Marketing
- Own end-to-end sourcing, vetting, and selection of influencer and creator partners across platforms in partnership with the Director, Brand Marketing
- Lead negotiation and contracting for influencer partnerships against Endy's Collaborator Strategy criteria, meeting timelines, securing talent within budget and tracking spend against plan
- Build and brief content narratives and creative direction for creator campaigns
- Bring real social platform fluency to guide creator selection and content strategy, partnering with our Social Media Specialist for organic execution support
- Comfortably manage a larger roster of smaller, faster-moving creator relationships from end to end ensuring a strong brand experience across all partnerships
- Own performance measurement and reporting against established benchmarks, and turn wrap-report learnings into sharper future campaigns
- Manage influencer program logistics: product shipment, contracting, usage rights, and invoicing
- Partner with Creative, Social, PR, and Growth to keep partnership and influencer content on-narrative and on-calendar
Qualifications and experience we like to see:
- Experience in partnership marketing, sponsorship marketing, influencer/creator marketing, or a related brand marketing function
- Demonstrated experience negotiating and managing contracts or agreements with external partners, creators, or vendors
- Demonstrated ability to independently build creative briefs and content narratives for influencer or creator campaigns
- Strong project management instincts — you're comfortable juggling multiple partner relationships and deadlines at once
- Real platform fluency (Instagram, TikTok) from an influencer/creator marketing lens
- Experience measuring and reporting on campaign or partnership performance against KPIs
- Comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy on a lean team
- Sports partnership, sponsorship, or ambassador management experience is a strong asset
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent experience
Why you'll love working at Endy:
- A people-first, purpose-driven culture

- Hybrid work model with a beautiful Toronto HQ
