The Director of Platform Partnerships – is a senior revenue-driving role responsible for owning and growing Paramount's strategic relationships across the buy-side landscape within programmatic. This leader will be accountable for securing and expanding key DSP accounts, closing high-impact deals, and delivering revenue growth across Paramount's programmatic sales channels in the CTV marketplace. Drawing on a deep, established network within the streaming TV ecosystem, the Director will serve as one of Paramount's authorities on the programmatic – identifying emerging opportunities, forging new partnerships, and capitalizing on the rapid evolution of CTV advertising. This role carries direct revenue ownership and operates with a high degree of autonomy, interfacing cross-functionally with Sales, Yield, Operations, Product, and Legal to align programmatic strategy with broader business objectives.

The ideal candidate is a proven revenue generator and relationship builder with deep roots in the programmatic advertising ecosystem and a commanding understanding of the CTV landscape. This individual brings an established network of senior DSP contacts and a track record of closing meaningful business and securing strategic accounts. They are equally comfortable negotiating enterprise-level deals and advising internal stakeholders on market dynamics. Beyond commercial acumen, this leader is a credible industry voice – someone who understands where CTV programmatic is headed and can position Paramount advantageously ahead of market shifts. They combine strategic vision with executional rigor, and thrive in a high-ownership environment where impact is directly tied to revenue outcomes.

Hiring Salary Range: $160,000.00 - 200,000 +70% Sales Incentive Bonus.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement. This position is eligible to earn sales incentive compensation.
