Who we’re looking for
The Email Coordinator (Part-Time) will take direction on priorities from the Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager and work closely with the Lifecycle and Growth teams to execute weekly email campaigns across Harvest Hosts and its family of brands.
This is a part-time, remote engagement focused primarily on building, formatting, and scheduling marketing emails on a consistent weekly cadence. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment. While workload may fluctuate week to week, this engagement requires reliability, efficiency, and a strong eye for detail.

Harvest Hosts is a 100% fully remote company with team members located across the United States and Europe. This role is part time and compensation will be $34,000 annually, with an estimated workload averaging 20 hours per week. Benefits include 401k, paid sick leave and most of all, a fun, collaborative, and mission-driven work environment.
