Part-Time Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist

Location: Relive Health – Tempe Marketplace, Arizona
Job Type: Part-Time Employee or Freelance Contractor (15–25 hours/week)

Position Overview

We are seeking a creative, results-oriented Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist to increase brand awareness, drive appointment bookings, and grow our online presence.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can create content, manage social media, oversee paid advertising campaigns, and support local SEO initiatives. The ideal candidate is comfortable both behind the camera and behind the analytics dashboard.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

  • Manage Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant platforms

  • Create and schedule engaging content including posts, reels, stories, and videos

  • Develop content calendars and promotional campaigns

  • Respond to comments, messages, and community engagement opportunities

  • Capture photo and video content at the clinic

Paid Advertising

  • Manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns

  • Assist with Google Ads campaign optimization

  • Monitor lead generation performance and return on ad spend

  • Recommend and implement campaign improvements

SEO & Local Marketing

  • Support local SEO initiatives

  • Optimize Google Business Profile

  • Manage online reviews and reputation-building efforts

  • Assist with website content updates and keyword optimization

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track key marketing KPIs including:

    • Leads generated

    • Appointment bookings

    • Cost per lead

    • Engagement rates

    • Website traffic

  • Provide monthly performance reports and recommendations

Community & Event Marketing

  • Promote clinic events and special offers

  • Coordinate influencer and ambassador partnerships

  • Support local business and gym partnerships

Qualifications

Required

  • 2+ years of social media marketing experience

  • Experience managing Meta Ads campaigns

  • Experience with Google Ads

  • Understanding of SEO and local search optimization

  • Experience creating short-form video content

  • Strong copywriting and communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred

  • Experience in healthcare, wellness, fitness, aesthetics, or medical spa marketing

  • Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or CapCut

  • Photography and videography experience

  • Familiarity with CRM and lead tracking systems

Compensation

  • Part-Time Employee: $25–$35/hour depending on experience
  • Performance bonuses may be available based on lead generation and business growth
