The Role:

As our new Paid Social Executive, you’ll play a key part in driving performance across our international paid social campaigns on platforms like Meta, Pinterest, Snapchat and TikTok.

Working from our vibrant Head Office in Enderby, Leicestershire, you’ll collaborate closely with our internal teams, media agency and social media partners to shape strategies that attract new customers and boost global sales.

Whether you are already a paid social specialist or looking to take the next step in your digital marketing career, you’ll report directly into our Paid Social Channel Lead, who will support you with the training and guidance you need to make a real impact in our fast-growing eCommerce business.

What You’ll Take On:

  • Manage day-to-day relationships with our media agency and key social partners to explore innovative opportunities.
  • Monitor campaign activity closely, working with our agency to optimise performance and maximise our budget.
  • Deliver accurate, regular reporting and present campaign insights and findings to the wider team.
  • Collaborate with our data and finance teams to measure and understand the true value of the paid social activity you run.
  • Keep your finger on the pulse of the digital media landscape, ensuring our campaigns stay ahead of the curve.

  • Technical confidence, ideally with a broad understanding of tagging, tracking and digital data.
  • Strong analytical skills, with a natural ability to interpret data and turn it into actionable campaign improvements.
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach, with the organisational skills to manage busy workloads and stay calm under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, allowing you to collaborate effortlessly with agencies, partners and stakeholders.
  • A relevant degree in Business or Digital Marketing is preferred, but a positive attitude and a passion for digital marketing are what will help you succeed.
