The Paid Search Strategist (SEM) supports QVC, and drives paid search strategy, campaign optimization, and performance across Google, Microsoft, and emerging search platforms.

In this role, you’ll own complex SEM programs that directly impact customer acquisition, retention, revenue growth, and marketing efficiency. You’ll manage campaigns across Search, Shopping, and Performance Max, using data, testing, and forecasting to improve performance and guide investment decisions. This is an advanced individual contributor role for someone who is comfortable working independently, making informed decisions, and translating performance trends into action.

You’ll join a team of four Paid Search professionals and partner closely with Analytics, eCommerce, CRM, Brand Marketing, Finance, and platform partners. While this role does not have direct people management responsibility, you’ll be a trusted resource to teammates through knowledge sharing, best practices, and strong subject matter expertise.

Where You'll Work

This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at West Chester, PA several days per month (onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company). Job seekers must reside in one of the following states to be considered: PA, DE, or NJ. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and optimize paid search strategies across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Shopping, Performance Max, and emerging search platforms to drive acquisition, retention, revenue, and efficiency
  • Manage day-to-day campaign execution, optimization, and account health for assigned business areas, using performance data to improve results against key KPIs
  • Analyze campaign and business performance to identify trends, diagnose issues, and turn insights into clear optimization recommendations
  • Plan and execute testing initiatives across bidding, targeting, audiences, creative, and campaign settings to improve performance and uncover growth opportunities
  • Manage budget pacing, forecasting, and spend allocation to help ensure media investment is aligned to business goals
  • Partner with Analytics, eCommerce, CRM, Brand Marketing, Finance, and external platform partners to support business priorities and improve marketing effectiveness
  • Use tools such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Optmyzr, Excel, and PowerPoint to manage campaigns, evaluate results, and communicate recommendations
  • Share search best practices and platform knowledge with teammates and contribute to team effectiveness as an advanced individual contributor

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience in Marketing, Business, Communications, Analytics, Statistics, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience managing and optimizing paid search or SEM programs in an eCommerce, retail, or performance marketing environment
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, including Search, Shopping, and Performance Max campaign management
  • Strong ability to analyze performance data, identify trends and opportunities, and translate findings into actions that improve revenue and marketing efficiency
  • Experience managing budget pacing, forecasting, KPI tracking, and optimization decisions in a performance-driven environment
  • Proficiency with performance marketing and analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Optmyzr, and Excel
  • Google Ads and Microsoft Ads certifications are preferred
