The Opportunity

We're looking for a hands-on Paid Search Specialist to step into a fast-moving leave coverage need for a mid-sized agency providing creative and media services across a variety of clients. This is an individual contributor role — heads-down, in the platform, building and optimizing. The strategy team has the high-level thinking covered; they need someone who can execute cleanly and manage performance day to day.

What You'll Do

• Build and manage paid search campaigns primarily on Google, with a focus on performance and cost efficiency
• Work hands-on-keys: keyword builds, ad creation, bid management, ongoing optimization
• Support a client account currently spending in the $250K–$750K/month range on search
• Collaborate closely with the internal team — this agency values people who pick up the phone and flag opportunities, not just execute the checklist
• Navigate a slightly more process seamlessly

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on Paid Search/PPC experience (Google and Bing)
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Strong Excel skills
• Familiarity with specific platforms: Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Analytics, SearchAds360, DoubleClick Manager, Kenshoo, Marin
• Solid, recent hands-on experience running paid search accounts, ideally in a performance/cost-focused environment
• Comfort working independently
• Strong communication skills; this team rewards proactive flagging over box-checking
