Help Us Reach the Next Generation of Racers

Simpson Race Products, part of Holley Performance Brands, is looking for a curious, analytical, and detail-oriented Paid Media Specialist to join our Safety & Racing team in New Braunfels.

In this role, you’ll help execute and optimize digital advertising campaigns for an iconic portfolio of automotive and motorsports safety brands. You’ll gain hands-on experience across leading advertising platforms, use performance data to improve campaigns, and contribute directly to revenue growth.

About Simpson Race Products

At Simpson Race Products, we live and breathe high-performance safety. Our family of brands includes Simpson Racing, Stilo, HANS, RaceQuip, Simpson Auto, and Simpson Motorcycle—names trusted by racers and riders around the world.

Since 1959, we’ve developed innovative safety equipment designed to protect, perform, and push limits. As part of Holley Performance Brands, we combine that racing heritage with the resources and reach of a leader in automotive performance.

The Opportunity

As a Paid Media Specialist, you’ll support paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and other digital channels. You’ll work closely with the Safety & Racing marketing team and Holley’s Customer Experience Center of Excellence to connect customers with the right products across our brands, stores, distributors, and partners.

Reporting to the Divisional Marketing Director, you’ll spend your days building, trafficking, monitoring, and improving campaigns. This entry-to-mid-level role offers an excellent opportunity to develop deep platform expertise, contribute to revenue-generating programs, and grow your career in paid media.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist with the setup, trafficking, and day-to-day monitoring of campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, display networks, and other paid media platforms.
  • Prepare daily and weekly performance reports, identify trends or unusual activity, and promptly escalate issues to the Paid Media Manager.
  • Support A/B testing by building ad variations, tracking results, documenting insights, and helping refine creative and audience-targeting strategies.
  • Assist with audience development, keyword research, negative keyword management, and retargeting-list creation.
  • Maintain creative asset libraries and ensure advertisements are properly tagged, organized, current, and delivered on schedule.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and agency partners to support campaign launches and ongoing optimization.
  • Create and review UTM tags, perform quality checks on tracking links, and assist with attribution reviews to support accurate performance measurement.
  • Turn campaign data into practical insights and opportunities for continuous improvement.

What Will Help You Succeed

  • A natural curiosity about digital advertising and campaign performance.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accurate, organized work.
  • Comfort working with data, recognizing patterns, and asking thoughtful questions.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Clear communication and a collaborative approach to working with teammates and external partners.
  • A desire to learn, experiment, and grow your paid media expertise.
  • An interest in motorsports, automotive performance, racing, or enthusiast brands.

Why Join Us?

This is more than an opportunity to manage digital advertisements. You’ll help connect racers, riders, and automotive enthusiasts with trusted safety products from brands they know and love.

You’ll gain experience across multiple advertising channels, learn alongside an experienced performance marketing team, and contribute to the continued growth of Holley’s Safety & Racing brands.

If you’re ready to combine data, creativity, and a passion for performance, we’d love to hear from you.

Apply today and help us shape the next generation of racing and automotive safety.
