Do you live and breathe paid media, love strategy and data and get a kick out of seeing a campaign come to life? Then trust us, you’ll want to throw your hat in the ring for this one.
Macro Mike is leading the charge in the health food space, collaborating with global brands, and creating products that people are just going wild for.
To continue to help us drive this success train, we’re on the hunt for an experienced Paid Media Manager who’s comfortable driving strategy through to execution. You’ll be managing a $80,000+ weekly advertising budget with real autonomy.
The Role:
If you’re looking for a set and forget button pushing role, this is not the role for you. This role is in the data daily. You’ll drive our paid acquisition across multiple channels including Meta, Google Ads, AdRoll, YouTube and Interplay. From campaign structure, content creation and UGC management, to testing, tracking and reporting, you’ll be responsible for making smart commercial decisions that improve performance.
You’ll work closely with our founder and CEO Mike, but we don’t expect you to sit back and wait for instructions. You’ll have the autonomy to own your space, bring ideas, find opportunities and ask the tough questions. We want you to know the story behind the numbers and be able to train and grow those coming up alongside you.
This is a full-time on-site role based in Burleigh Heads that also leads a driven Social Media & Content Coordinator.
