How You Will Make An Impact

Curious, enthusiastic, detail-obsessed and proactive, the Paid Media Coordinator – Clipping sits at the centre of one of ZURU Toys’ fastest-growing media channels. Clipping pays a community of creators to cut and post our brand content across TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts, and pays them per thousand views – delivering reach at a fraction of the cost of a TVC or a traditional influencer buy. This is an entry-level role built for a recent graduate – or someone with up to a year of experience – who learns fast, takes genuine ownership of their work, and is relentless about getting the details right. Day to day, you’ll manage the clipping budget across the ZURU Toys brand portfolio, work hand in hand with our agency partners to brief, launch and optimise campaigns, and own the clipping dashboard that the whole business reads. You won’t need platform experience to begin, but you’ll be hungry to learn it. Over time you’ll grow into the person who makes the call on where the money goes – using cost per thousand views, creator quality and brand fit to steer spend – and who helps build clipping from a promising test into a standing media capability, and ultimately a media venture in its own right.

What You'll Do

· Own the clipping budget across ZURU Toys brands – track committed and actual spend campaign by campaign, keep the pipeline funded, and flag over- or under-spend before it becomes a problem.

· Run campaigns end to end with our agency partners – brief in new campaigns, gather the assets and answers they need, chase the detail, and keep launch dates moving.

· Manage the clipping dashboard as the single source of truth – keeping campaign data, budgets, rate cards and the launch pipeline accurate and current so the business can trust what it reads.

· Reconcile what we pay against what we agreed – check payouts against the contracted rate card and payout caps, spot duplicates, blanks and anything billed outside the terms, and raise discrepancies with the agency.

· Optimise cost per thousand views – compare performance across brands, markets, platforms and creators, and move budget towards what is working.

· Circulate insights to the business – a regular performance digest, post-campaign wrap-ups, and clear answers to ‘what clipped well and why’ for the brand, digital and e-commerce teams.

· Support brand teams through the briefing process – help them choose the right budget tier, market and assets, and make submitting a clipping brief genuinely easy.

· Grow clipping as a function – pilot new brands, markets and platforms, help evaluate and onboard new agency partners, and build the rate cards, benchmarks and ways of working that let clipping scale.

What You'll Bring

· An entry-level opportunity – recent graduates with no prior experience, and those with up to around one year of experience, are all encouraged to apply.

· Obsessive attention to detail – you double-check your work and take real pride in getting the small things exactly right. Real money moves through this role, so this is one of its most important qualities.

· Comfortable with numbers – confident in a spreadsheet, and happy working with budgets, spend against plan, and simple efficiency metrics like cost per thousand views.

· Able to juggle and multi-task across several brands and live campaigns at once without dropping the ball.

· Quick to learn – you pick things up fast and adapt to new processes, tools and ways of working as they change.

· Proactive by nature – you actively look for ways to improve your own work and the processes around it, rather than waiting to be told.

· A strong sense of ownership and responsibility – you own your work and its outcomes end to end.

· Confident dealing with external partners – clear, polite and persistent with agencies, and comfortable asking the awkward question when something doesn’t add up.

· Genuinely fluent in short-form social – you live on TikTok, Reels and Shorts and have a feel for what makes a clip travel.

· Platform experience is not required, but knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, creator or affiliate marketing, or clipping communities is a strong plus.

· Bachelor’s degree preferred, with strong written, verbal and reporting skills – you can turn a dashboard into two clear sentences anyone in the business can act on.

· A can-do attitude and an adaptable, low-friction style of working – comfortable collaborating with people of many backgrounds, skill sets and personalities.
