The Paid Media Analyst is responsible for the analytical layer that supports Learning Care Group's annual paid media investment across the brand portfolio. This role owns paid channel performance reporting, independent validation of agency-reported results, and the measurement work that determines where paid media investment is delivering results. This role ensures that every paid media dollar can be tied to a family journey outcome and that agency-reported performance is validated with rigorous, independent analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own paid media performance reporting across Google Ads, Meta, programmatic display, video, and offline channels.
  • Build and maintain the paid media performance data mart, integrating agency-reported data with independent measurement.
  • Design, build, and maintain digital performance dashboards and scorecards in Power BI for marketing teams and executive stakeholders.
  • Monitor weekly and monthly channel performance, identify trends and risks, and proactively flag issues and opportunities to the Performance Marketing team.
  • Design and execute geo-holdout, incrementality, and marketing mix modeling analyses.
  • Provide independent validation of agency-reported cost-per-registration and cost-per-enrollment claims.
  • Establish measurement standards for paid media including UTM taxonomy, view-through window rules, and cross-brand attribution.
  • Serve as primary analytics partner to the Sr Director of Paid Media and marketing agencies on defining KPIs, measurement standards, and performance reviews.
  • Support new channel evaluations with test design, measurement, and readout.
  • Translate paid media performance into recommendations for channel mix optimization.
  • Present complex analyses as clear, action-oriented stories that resonate with audiences at varying analytical levels and influence decision-making.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, business analytics, statistics, or a related field is required.
  • 3-5 years of experience in paid media analytics, digital marketing measurement, or a comparable role is required.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager, including native reporting and API integration, is required.
  • Experience with Search Ads 360, DV360, or comparable enterprise media platforms is required.
  • Experience with SQL against a modern data warehouse is required.
  • Experience with paid media performance reporting and channel mix analysis is required.
  • Experience building performance dashboards in platforms such as PowerBI or Tableau is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in paid media analytics or digital marketing measurement is preferred.
  • Experience with geo-holdout testing or marketing mix modeling is preferred.
  • Experience with LiveRamp, first-party data activation, or customer data platform integration with paid media is preferred.
  • Experience with call tracking platforms such as Invoca is preferred
  • Experience in multi-brand / multi-location consumer businesses is preferred.
  • Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications are preferred.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Ability to hold agencies accountable to measurement standards without becoming adversarial.
  • Working knowledge of paid media attribution methodologies including view-through, click-through, and incrementality.
  • Ability to interpret paid media KPIs including CPC, CVR, CPA, and ROAS, and distinguish correlation from causation.
  • Comfort validating agency-reported results with independent analysis.
  • Working knowledge of consent, privacy, and signal loss dynamics affecting paid media measurement.
  • Excellent customer service skills with both internal and external customers.
  • Capable of working with frequent interruptions and changing priorities.

  • Proficient time management, organizational skills and ability to meet established deadlines.

Compensation and Benefits:

Compensation based on position, education and experience. Bi-weekly paid.

  • $100-110,000 base salary.
  • This position is also eligible for our Support Central bonus program which is based on annual achievement of company performance.
