Outbound Growth & CRM Specialist Charlotte, NC (Hybrid)

SPAR is looking for a detail-oriented, analytical, and growth-minded Outbound Growth & CRM Specialist to support our business development strategy through CRM management, prospect database development, marketing operations, and outbound campaign execution.

In this role, you'll help power revenue growth by maintaining high-quality prospect data, optimizing CRM workflows, supporting outbound marketing campaigns, and delivering actionable insights that drive qualified leads and sales opportunities.

What You'll Do

  • Build, maintain, and enrich B2B prospect databases targeting retailers, Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) companies, manufacturers, and other strategic markets.
  • Manage CRM data, including contacts, companies, lists, workflows, lifecycle stages, lead statuses, and campaign tracking.
  • Create audience segments based on industry, company size, geography, buyer persona, retail channel, and decision-maker role.
  • Support the execution of outbound email, LinkedIn, and CRM marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure data accuracy through record validation, deduplication, email verification, and ongoing CRM audits.
  • Monitor campaign performance, engagement, lead quality, and pipeline metrics through dashboards and reporting.
  • Partner with Marketing and Business Development teams to support campaign execution, lead routing, and sales follow-up.
  • Research target accounts, identify decision-makers, and prepare prospect intelligence for sales outreach.
  • Maintain CRM documentation, data standards, and campaign processes to support scalable growth.
  • Recommend improvements to targeting, segmentation, automation, and campaign performance.

Top Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 1-3+ years of experience in CRM Administration, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations (RevOps), Marketing Operations, Demand Generation, Sales Development, or Business Development Support.
  • Experience with HubSpot CRM preferred; Salesforce or similar CRM platforms also considered.
  • Proficiency using Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Seamless.ai, or comparable sales prospecting tools.
  • Experience managing CRM workflows, audience segmentation, email marketing campaigns, and reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets proficiency.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience supporting B2B marketing, SaaS, retail services, CPG, merchandising, or field services is a plus
