Job Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced, performance-driven Meta Media Buyer to manage and scale large advertising budgets profitably.

The ideal candidate has personally managed at least $1 million per month in Meta ad spend and can provide case studies demonstrating profitable results at that level. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands how to develop, test, optimize, and scale campaigns—not simply oversee an agency or outside team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize Meta advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram
  • Oversee monthly advertising budgets of $1 million or more
  • Scale campaigns while protecting profitability and performance targets
  • Develop campaign structures aligned with acquisition and revenue goals
  • Conduct continuous creative, audience, offer, placement, and landing-page testing
  • Analyze performance using metrics such as ROAS, MER, CPA, CAC, LTV, CVR, and contribution margin
  • Identify performance trends, opportunities, and risks before they materially affect results
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-performing concepts, hooks, messaging, and formats
  • Translate campaign data into clear creative briefs and testing priorities
  • Monitor attribution and tracking to ensure accurate performance reporting
  • Prepare regular reports with insights, conclusions, and specific recommendations
  • Stay current with Meta platform updates, advertising policies, and media-buying best practices

What We Require

  • Proven experience personally managing at least $1 million per month in Meta ad spend
  • Demonstrated ability to scale Meta campaigns profitably
  • Case studies showing results at the required spending level
  • Advanced knowledge of Meta Ads Manager
  • Strong understanding of campaign structure, bidding, attribution, audience strategy, and creative testing
  • Experience managing direct-response or performance-marketing campaigns
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to make informed decisions quickly in a high-spend environment
  • Excellent organization, communication, and reporting skills

Preferred Requirement

  • Experience in e-commerce, lead generation, or another high-volume acquisition business
  • Experience with YouTube, Vibe.co, or Amazon advertising
  • Familiarity with GA4, Shopify, Triple Whale, Northbeam, Hyros, or similar analytics platforms
  • Experience working closely with creative strategists, designers, video editors, and copywriters
  • Knowledge of landing-page optimization and conversion-rate optimization

Application Requirements

Applicants must provide case studies that include:

  • Business or industry
  • Campaign objective
  • Monthly Meta ad spend
  • Campaign duration
  • Starting performance
  • Final performance
  • ROAS, MER, CPA, CAC, contribution margin, or other profitability metrics
  • Strategies and optimizations implemented
  • Applicant’s specific role and responsibilities
  • Supporting screenshots or other verifiable evidence, with confidential information removed if necessary

Applications without case studies demonstrating the profitable management of at least $1 million per month in Meta ad spend will not be considered.
