The Little Gym of Sun Prairie is looking for an energetic, self-motivated go-getter to help us grow! We're looking for someone who loves kids, thrives on building community connections, and gets excited about turning big ideas into real results.
This isn't your typical marketing job. You'll be out in the community, connecting with families, creating engaging content, and helping more kids discover the Serious Fun of The Little Gym! 20-25 hours per week and performance based-bonus opportunity!
What You'll Do
- Drive membership growth through creative outreach, lead generation, and enrollment follow-up.
- Build community partnerships with schools, daycares, businesses, and local organizations.
- Bring our brand to life through Instagram, Facebook, Reels, Stories, and engaging content.
- Get in the gym! Teach a few classes each week and experience firsthand what makes The Little Gym special.
- Own your results! Take initiative, track progress, and find new ways to bring families through our doors.
