Job Summary:

The Marketing Specialist: Paid Media & Performance is responsible for the strategy, execution, optimization, and continuous improvement of Inspire’s paid digital advertising program, with an immediate and primary focus on Google Ads and paid search performance.

This is a hands-on, performance-driven role responsible for ensuring our paid advertising investment is actively managed, tested, and optimized—not simply maintained. This individual will create and update campaigns, develop advertising content, analyze performance, adjust strategy, identify opportunities, and make proactive recommendations to improve lead volume, lead quality, conversion, and return on advertising spend.

While Google will be the primary initial focus, this role will help shape Inspire’s broader paid media strategy over time, including opportunities across additional digital advertising and retargeting channels.

What You'll Do

  • Own the day-to-day strategy, execution, and optimization of Inspire’s paid media campaigns, with primary responsibility for Google Ads.
  • Create, launch, update, and continuously optimize paid search campaigns across the portfolio.
  • Develop campaign structures based on geography, community/property, product type, customer intent, inventory, and business objectives.
  • Conduct ongoing keyword and search behavior research to identify new opportunities.
  • Own the development and continuous refresh of paid advertising content.
  • Write compelling headlines, descriptions, calls to action, promotional messaging, and campaign assets.
  • Actively monitor and optimize paid media performance.
  • Monitor paid media spend against approved budgets.
  • Evaluate the customer experience from advertisement through lead conversion.Maintain an active paid media testing roadmap.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate is curious, analytical, proactive, and results-oriented. This individual does not allow paid campaigns to operate on autopilot and is constantly looking for ways to improve performance.

  • Why did performance change?
  • What are customers searching for?
  • What are we paying for that isn't producing results?
  • Where should we be investing more?
  • Which markets or properties have untapped opportunity?
  • What should we test next?
  • Is the advertisement the problem—or is the landing page the problem?
  • Are we generating traffic, or are we generating qualified prospects?
  • What can we change today to improve tomorrow's results?

This individual should be comfortable owning both the details and the strategy—making daily optimizations while continually identifying larger opportunities to strengthen Inspire’s paid media performance.
