Job Purpose
The Marketing & Social Media Coordinator is responsible for managing and supporting a social media presence that strengthens the brand identity and online digital presence of 40+ dental practice brands. Additionally, this role provides production and logistics support for physical marketing materials and on the ground marketing in communities.
Working closely with both corporate and clinical teams, the position requires the Coordinator to be detail-oriented, proactive and capable of meeting strict deadlines.
Duties and Responsibilities
Digital Marketing:
Schedule social media ads and posts across clinic pages, ensuring precise launch dates and tracking.
Monitor and respond to comments on pages in coordination with the dental practice managers.
Serve as the primary administrator for all clinic-level social media accounts; implement and oversee content approval workflows to ensure brand consistency, tone, and compliance across 40+ locations.
Draft high-quality captions for social media content tailored to local clinics.
Partner with the videographer to identify and implement social media trends and creative ideas through skilled coordination.
Review campaign results to suggest data-driven improvements.
Monitor, track, and draft timely, professional responses to online reviews across all clinic locations, ensuring brand consistency and patient satisfaction. Generate reports for management regarding patient satisfaction.
Generate monthly digital ad spend reports across all clinic ad accounts.
Develop and present recurring marketing performance reports to the Marketing Director and clinic leadership, highlighting trends in patient acquisition, social engagement, and ad spend efficiency.
Production & Logistics Coordination:
Systematically input ad schedules and manage deadlines and notifications within internal project tools to ensure team-wide operational alignment.
Research local community sponsorship opportunities and present vetted proposals to clinics for clinic consideration.
Identify and vet high-value community sponsorship and engagement opportunities 3–6 months in advance. Present quarterly 'Community Opportunity Calendars' to clinics to facilitate better budget allocation and planning.
Coordinate and order promotional merchandise for various clinic locations.
Manage and order essential print products for clinics, including appointment cards, referral cards, signage, and other print marketing materials.
Provide hands-on assistance with the preparation and execution of internal company events.
Support the Marketing team with other duties as needed.
Working Conditions
Works in an office setting with typical climate-control; minimal travel to locations is required.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or equivalent experience
Experience & Skills:
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clinic staff and external vendors.
Ability to write clear, engaging, and professional social media copy.
Proficiency in Facebook Business Manager (Ads Manager) and project management platforms (e.g., Trello, Sprout Social).
Strong organizational skills with a proven track record of managing multiple orders and complex projects.
Comfortable shifting focus between digital scheduling and physical inventory/logistics.
