Marketing Manager - Performance Marketing & Patient Growth
MedstationRole Summary
You will own the entire patient acquisition engine for Medstation. Your #1 job is to generate qualified, low-cost leads and convert them into booked and shown new patient visits across 7 clinics. You will manage Google Ads and Meta Ads daily, optimize our 7 Google Business Profiles, manage landing pages and call tracking, and work directly with the Front Desk Operations Manager to ensure leads are contacted in 4.7 stars. Manage directory listings. •
4. Lead Follow-Up & Sales Alignment: Build SLA with Front Desk team: speed-to-lead Contacted -> Booked -> Showed -> Retained. Identify drop-off and fix it with front desk manager. Own the nurture: SMS, email, and retargeting sequences.
5. Analytics, Reporting & Budget: Own marketing dashboard in Looker Studio: Spend, CPL, Cost per Booked, Cost per Showed, New Patients, CAC, LTV. Report weekly to Owner: what spent, what worked, what to kill, what to scale. Manage monthly budget of $80k-$150k with goal to improve CPL 10% QoQ.
6. Creative & Content Direction: Direct designer and video editor: 10+ new ad creatives per week (UGC, doctor-led, testimonial, before/after educational). Write high-converting ad copy in English and Spanish. Brief shoots at clinics. Ensure all creative is HIPAA-compliant (no PHI in ads).
7. Growth Experiments: Test new channels: TikTok Ads, Nextdoor, employer partnerships, community events, influencer micro-local. Propose 2 growth experiments per month
KPIs You Will Own
• Cost Per Lead (CPL) by clinic and by channel (Google vs Meta)
• Cost Per New Patient Booked & Cost Per New Patient Showed
• New Patients / Month per clinic (Goal: +12-15% YoY)
• Lead-to-Book Rate >60%, Book-to-Show Rate >75%, Speed-to-Lead 12% conversion rate and call tracking live
• Reduced CPL by 20-30% while increasing new patient volume across 7 clinics
• Live dashboard: Owner can see Spend -> Leads -> Booked -> Showed by clinic in real-time
• Speed-to-lead SLA with front desk enforced: 90%+ leads contacted in
