You will lead the full process of developing, implementing, assessing, and optimizing seller experiences on our owned CRM channels. If this sounds like you we'd love to hear from you!
What you will accomplish
- Shape the next evolution of Seller CRM, moving beyond standalone campaigns toward connected, personalized experiences that anticipate seller needs and guide business sellers toward the actions that can help them grow.
- Own the CRM roadmap end-to-end for a key area, identifying the highest-impact seller and business opportunities and translating them into strategy, prioritization, execution, measurement and continuous optimization in partnership with Product, Operations, Creative, Planning, Analytics and Marketing Technology.
- Drive measurable seller and business impact, looking beyond traditional campaign metrics to connect CRM activity to meaningful changes in seller behavior, adoption, growth and customer experience.
- Advance how we use CRM technology and decisioning, building expertise across our CRM ecosystem and identifying opportunities to make our experiences more personalized, automated, scalable and intelligent.
What you will bring:
- Proven track record of building high-impact CRM programs end-to-end, from identifying opportunities and shaping strategy through execution, optimization and measurement.
- Strong strategic and operational capabilities, capable of moving seamlessly between strategy and execution, building structure in ambiguity, solving problems and independently driving work and decisions forward.
- Strong collaborator management and influencing capabilities, enabling you to build alignment, navigate competing priorities, and rally cross-functional partners around a shared direction.
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights, build compelling performance narratives and inform broader CRM and business strategy.
- Intellectual curiosity and an attitude committed to growth, with a willingness to challenge assumptions, explore new perspectives, learn quickly and respond constructively to feedback.
- A highly collaborative approach, building trusted relationships and contributing to a culture of shared accountability, transparency and partnership.
- Familiarity with emerging AI applications in marketing, including personalization at scale, predictive targeting and segmentation, and journey automation, coupled with the curiosity to experiment with new capabilities as the space evolves.
- A strong customer-first approach, with a passion for understanding customer needs and converting them into relevant, valuable experiences that drive meaningful outcomes.
