This role is a strong fit for someone who enjoys coordinating cross-functional work, solving in-market issues quickly and helping create personalized customer experiences that support marketing effectiveness and business goals.

This role is hybrid, which means you will be required to work on site Monday through Thursday at the Best Buy corporate office in Richfield, Minnesota. You can work virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location on Friday. The recruiter or hiring manager will provide more details during the hiring process.

What you’ll do

  • Lead end-to-end campaign execution and in-market optimization for CRM programs across customer journeys.
  • Execute segmented, personalized campaigns across channels with precision, consistency and adherence to best practices.
  • Own ongoing optimization through test-and-learn implementation, results monitoring and application of learnings to improve customer engagement.
  • Monitor campaign performance, identify in-flight risks or opportunities and make adjustments that improve outcomes.
  • Maintain operational rigor by following strong process discipline and proactively addressing inefficiencies.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional partners to resolve issues quickly, align execution and deliver seamless campaign experiences.

Basic qualifications

  • 2 or more years of experience in marketing, CRM, lifecycle marketing, retail marketing or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience executing marketing campaigns with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience using data, A/B testing and performance metrics to optimize campaigns and improve results.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns, timelines and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with cross-functional partners such as creative, analytics, technology, merchandising, operations or channel teams.

Preferred qualifications

  • Familiarity with CRM tools, marketing automation platforms or campaign management systems.
  • Experience supporting personalization, segmentation or journey-based campaigns at scale.
  • Understanding of performance metrics and experience turning data into insights that inform decisions.
  • Retail, e-commerce, loyalty, promotional marketing or customer lifecycle marketing experience.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to anticipate risks and drive timely follow-through.
