About This Role:
The Marketing HubSpot Specialist will Own HubSpot execution and platform health, while campaign strategy and messaging are set in partnership with the VP of Growth Marketing & Member Experience. This tole will have a hands-on role for building code from scratch for emails, architect a workflow with real branching logic, and troubleshoot a broken automation before anyone else notices it broke. The Marketing HubSpot Specialist will specifically own the end-to-end ecosystem of HubSpot that includes email, automation, website, HubDB, and social by introducing innovative techniques to the team.
This role reports to our VP of Growth Marketing & Member Experience. It’s a great fit for someone who enjoys working hands-on in marketing platforms, diving into campaign performance, and continuously finding smarter, more efficient ways to improve execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build, code, and optimize emails and complex multi-step workflows using HubL, conditionals, custom objects, and branching logic.
- Build and maintain landing pages, forms, and site content in HubSpot CMS, ensuring SEO, mobile responsiveness, and brand consistency.
- Build and maintain HubDB tables to power dynamic website content and manage HubDB-driven page templates.
- Schedule, publish, and report on organic social media content through HubSpot’s social tools.
- Run marketing campaigns end-to-end, from build through launch and post-campaign analysis, and manage lead flow and lifecycle stages.
- Build HubSpot dashboards, track performance, and turn data into actionable recommendations for stakeholders at all levels.
- Champion new HubSpot features across the team and create the training materials and documentation that make adoption stick.
- Partner with content, design, and growth leadership; this role is responsible for technical build, QA, and optimization.
Who You Are:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 5+ years running email, automation, and reporting inside HubSpot.
- Strong hands-on skills: HTML/CSS (able to code an email template from scratch) and HubL, including conditionals and dynamic logic.
- Experience working with custom objects and association labels in HubSpot.
- A track record of building complex, branching workflows — not just simple sequences.
- A technical, data-first approach to marketing.
- Comfort presenting to anyone from an analyst to the C-suite.
- Great project management instincts — able to juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball.
- HubSpot, Google Ads, or Google Analytics certifications are a strong plus.
- SEO know-how and familiarity with GDPR/CAN-SPAM compliance are a plus.

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $82,915.00 - $105,716.63, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential incentives. This position is also eligible for an annual corporate bonus. If you are hired at USALLIANCE Federal Credit Union, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part is any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future and continued salary growth. We also offer a generous compensation and benefits package.
