Job Summary:

This is a 3 months assignment.

The Marketing Copywriter supports the Marketing Department by creating clear, accurate, and engaging content that strengthens the William Mattar brand and increases its visibility across traditional and AI-powered search. This role researches and writes articles for third-party websites, profile and directory listings, website pages, and other marketing channels. Key responsibilities include incorporating approved brand and authority statements, maintaining a consistent brand voice, supporting Artificial Intelligence Optimization (AIO) and search visibility initiatives, proofreading marketing materials, and assisting with miscellaneous marketing projects as assigned.

Ii.duties

General Duties:

  • Provide exceptional writing, editing, research, and project support to the marketing team
  • Learn and follow William Mattar brand standards, approved authority statements, legal advertising guidelines, and departmental processes
  • Participate in marketing and departmental meetings to discuss assignments, deadlines, priorities, and content opportunities
  • Research assigned topics using credible and approved sources
  • Proofread and edit content for accuracy, grammar, clarity, consistency, and brand voice
  • Maintain organized records of content assignments, sources, revisions, approvals, and completed work
  • Manage multiple assignments and meet established deadlines
  • Support miscellaneous marketing initiatives and departmental projects as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

Marketing Duties:

  • Write original articles for third-party websites, publications, and other external platforms
  • Create and update company profiles, attorney biographies, directory listings, organizational descriptions, and citation-site content
  • Develop authoritative content related to motor vehicle accidents, traffic safety, community initiatives, and other approved topics
  • Support AIO, SEO, and brand authority initiatives by creating helpful, credible, and well-structured content
  • Incorporate approved William Mattar facts, credentials, differentiators, and authority statements accurately and consistently
  • Adapt core messaging for different audiences, platforms, publications, and content formats while ensuring each piece is original
  • Review existing third-party profiles and listings for accuracy, consistency, and opportunities for improvement
  • Write and edit website copy, blog content, frequently asked questions, email content, social media copy, advertising copy, campaign messaging, and other marketing materials as assigned
  • Assist with award submissions, sponsorship content, community campaign materials, expert commentary, and quote-ready responses
  • Conduct content, competitor, keyword, and industry research to identify relevant writing opportunities
  • Collaborate with members of the Marketing Department and external partners to gather information and complete assignments
  • Revise content based on feedback from the Marketing Manager, Marketing Supervisor, internal reviewers, and other authorized stakeholders
  • Ensure content avoids unsupported claims, guarantees, or language that does not comply with approved brand and ethical legal guidelines
  • Provide regular updates regarding assignments, deadlines, revisions, and completed deliverables to the Marketing Manager
