Position Summary:

Kodiak Interiors Group is seeking a creative, organized, and driven Marketing Content Coordinator to support the marketing efforts of Specialty Appliance, Arizona Appliance & Home, FBS Appliance, Kodiak Interiors Group, and future operating companies.

This role is responsible for creating, capturing, editing, publishing, and managing content across digital marketing channels, including social media, websites, email marketing, photography, videography, blogs, and promotional materials. Working closely with the Director of Marketing & Events, the Content Coordinator helps maintain a consistent brand presence while supporting local marketing initiatives, corporate campaigns, and new acquisitions.

This position requires regular travel to showroom locations, events, and company meetings throughout the United States, with occasional evening and weekend work.

Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging content for websites, email marketing, blogs, social media, advertising, and promotional materials. Maintain content calendars and publish content across multiple platforms.
  • Create basic marketing graphics using tools such as Canva and Adobe Express. Capture and edit professional photography and video featuring showrooms, products, events, employees, customers, and vendor partners.
  • Execute and manage organic social media content across assigned companies. Produce short-form video content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
  • Write engaging captions and calls to action for social media and other avenues that support brand awareness and audience engagement. Monitor engagement, respond or escalate customer inquiries when appropriate, and track performance metrics for continuous improvement.
  • Assist with website updates, SEO-focused content, email campaigns, and digital asset management.
  • Support marketing initiatives for corporate projects, showroom openings, promotions, and newly acquired companies. Including attending and support of showroom events, grand openings, trade shows, culinary demonstrations, and corporate meetings. Capture photo and video content during events as well as assisting with setup-up and breakdown.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, leadership, agencies, and vendor partners to ensure consistent brand standards and timely project execution.
  • Leverage AI tools to improve workflow, content development, and productivity.
  • Stay current on marketing trends, emerging technologies, and social media best practices.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifcations:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Digital Media, or related field preferred.
  • Four or more years of professional content creation or digital marketing experience required.
  • Experience with photography, videography, and photo/video editing.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, Canva, CapCut, & similar software’s.
  • Working knowledge of SEO, website content management, and all major social media platforms.
  • Excellent written, verbal, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel.

Physical Requirements:

  • Sit, stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Operate cameras, computers, lighting, and production equipment.
  • Travel by automobile and airplane as required (up to 30% as needed).

Work Environment:

This is an in-office position based at Kodiak Interiors Group Headquarters in Englewood, Colorado, with frequent travel to appliance showrooms across Colorado, corporate offices, trade events, and our additional operating companies across the United States. Work may occur in office settings, event venues, showrooms, outdoor locations, and construction environments.
