Four Seasons Heating & Air Conditioning, the largest and fastest growing HVAC company in the market, is seeking a motivated Marketing Automation Specialist ready to make an impact. You’ll lead the way in empowering our people and directly impact the future of our organization.

Annual Compensation: $65K-$85K, subject to experience and qualifications as outlined within.

Supervisory Responsibility:

This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.

Travel Requirements:

Overnight travel is not required.

Position Summary:

This position will build, test, and run email & SMS campaigns and customer communication workflows. This is a daily execution-focused role in the Marketing Hub that turns contact strategies into active workflows, nurture sequences, landing pages, and segmented audiences. Individuals in this role ensure the right message reaches the right contact at the right time, and that every automation is optimized for success.

Essential Functions:

Workflow & Automation Building

Build, test, and maintain multi-stage automated workflows in HubSpot (welcome, nurture, drip, transactional, post-sale, service reminders, re-engagements, etc.)

Troubleshoot and debug workflow logic, enrollment triggers, and timing to eliminate breakage and unintended contact paths

Document workflow logic so campaigns are auditable and repeatable

Email/SMS Nurture Campaigns

Build multi-touch nurture sequences aligned to buyer journey stages

Maintain email templates, personalization tokens, and dynamic content modules

Segmentation & Database Management

Build and maintain active lists and static segments based on lifecycle stage, behavior, and engagement

Perform regular database hygiene (deduplication, property standardization, suppression list management)

Ensure compliant campaign targeting (including unsubscribe/consent logic)

Landing Pages & Forms

Build and publish landing pages and forms for campaigns, events & content offers

Ensure consistent branding, mobile responsiveness, and conversion-optimized layouts

Reporting & Optimization

Execute A/B tests on subject lines, send times, content, and CTAs, and apply learnings to future sends

Monitor campaign performance (open rate, CTR, CVR, workflow drop-off) to inform continuous optimizations

Monitor and optimize email inbox deliverability

Lead Scoring & Lifecycle Management

Build lead scoring models based on demographic and behavioral criteria

Monitor scoring thresholds and adjust as conversion and sales feedback come in

Manage lifecycle stage automation so MQL handoffs are clean and timely

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Data Analytics, or other business-related degree is preferred

2+ years’ hands-on experience working in HubSpot Marketing Hub

2+ years’ experience in lead-generation businesses; home services preferred

Solid email marketing & automation track record (workflows, A/B testing, reporting)

Demonstrated experience building complex, branching workflows and integrating email + SMS communications

Strong understanding of lifecycle stages, lead scoring, CRM data structures

Experience with HTML/CSS basics for light landing page or email template edits

Experience with HubSpot connectors (Google Ads, SEMRush, or similar) a plus

Experience working with affiliate partner programs or Active Prospect a plus

HubSpot Marketing Hub, inbound marketing, email marketing certifications a plus

Required Competencies:

High attention to detail

Solid organization and planning capabilities

Good written communication skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Solid working knowledge of MS Outlook & Excel (Teams and SharePoint are pluses)

Experience with MS Visio, Lucidchart, or similar flowchart software a plus

Experience leveraging Chat GPT or Claude for business purposes a plus
