Position Summary

We are seeking a full time motivated and skilled Marketing and Social Media Coordinator to join our team. The Marketing and Social Media Coordinator is a dynamic professional with a proven track record in building influential social media presences and engaging online communities. Skilled in executing comprehensive social media strategies, assessing marketing performance, and providing effective monitoring and collaborative approaches to enhance business efforts within practices and medical spas.


Key Responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:

  • Develop & Execute Strategy: Create a cutting-edge social media strategy for high-growth environments.
  • Follower Growth & Engagement: Drive audience expansion and interaction across various platforms.
  • Localized Content Creation: Work with local clinics to produce relevant, targeted content.
  • Influencer & Community Building: Establish and manage influencer partnerships to enhance online communities.
  • Community Engagement: Monitor and respond to comments and messages to foster engagement.
  • Content Calendar Management: Plan, organize, and maintain a social media content calendar.
  • Creative & Innovative Thinking: Explore new and engaging ways to connect with audiences.
  • Passionate & Resilient Approach: Thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth sector with enthusiasm.
  • Trend & Data Analysis: Research social media trends and best practices to optimize strategy.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with other teams to align social media with broader organizational goals.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and two years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and appropriate experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in social media management and content creation.
  • Demonstrated expertise in social media strategy and execution, particularly in high-growth environments.
  • Proven ability to leverage influencer partnerships and build online communities effectively.
  • SHSMD Credential & Certificate Courses: These are specialized educational programs that concentrate on specific topics such as AI, social media, marketing analytics, public relations, and more. Upon completion, participants may earn a certificate and/or a digital badge.
  • Certificate in Healthcare Marketing and Communications: This program provides the skills and insights necessary for successful entry or advancement in the field.
  • Online Certificate Series: Social Media Strategies in Health Care: This series includes webinars on current healthcare social media trends, best practices, and access to past recordings.
  • Creative thinker, constantly seeking new and innovative ways to engage audiences.
  • Energetic, resilient, and passionate about driving growth in a fast-paced sector.
  • Multi-site experience working with diverse brands
