What You Will Do

Join a high-impact marketing team where you'll turn data into actionable insights that improve marketing performance, customer engagement, and business growth.

· Lead measurement and reporting for lifecycle marketing programs, defining KPIs, dashboards, and performance insights across Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Adobe Experience Cloud.

· Analyze customer journeys, campaign performance, attribution, and audience behavior to identify opportunities that improve acquisition, retention, renewal, cross-sell, and customer lifetime value.

· Apply advanced analytics techniques, including segmentation, cohort analysis, propensity modeling, and experimentation, to support personalization and optimization strategies.

· Partner with Marketing, Digital, Product, Finance, and UX teams to translate complex data into clear recommendations that drive business decisions and enhance customer experiences.

· Support marketing technology and data initiatives by ensuring reliable reporting, scalable analytics solutions, and alignment across CRM, web, media, and enterprise data platforms.

· Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership by delivering insights that inform investment decisions, strategic initiatives, digital transformation efforts, and business performance.

What You Will Bring

· Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in marketing analytics, digital analytics, or CRM analytics.

· Experience with Salesforce and Adobe technology stacks.

· Experience with content marketing, email marketing, and SEO marketing.

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Analytics, Business, Statistics or related discipline.

· SQL proficiency with the ability to query, join, and analyze large datasets across enterprise data warehouses and marketing platforms.

Work Environment

Employees in this class are subject to extended periods of sitting, standing, and walking, vision to monitor and moderate noise levels. Work is performed in an at home and office environment.

The posted salary range for this job takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; geographic location, and other business and organizational needs. Successful candidates may be hired anywhere in the salary range based on these factors. It is uncommon to hire candidates at or near the top of the range.
