About Pabst

Nearly two centuries in, Pabst is still rewriting the playbook. We’re the team behind some of America’s most recognizable beer brands – driven by creativity, grit, and a passion for what’s next. We honor our heritage while pushing forward with bold ideas, fresh thinking, and a people-first culture. Because great brands are built by great people.

The Role

The Partnerships & Influencer Marketing Manager is a culturally connected marketer who owns the day-to-day strategy and execution of the creator and partnership programs that put Pabst Blue Ribbon and Pabst Light in the hands, social feeds, and conversations of our target audience. This role builds and manages a live lineup of creators and partners that makes the brands feel found rather than advertised, ensures partnership obligations are met and deliverables land on time, and connects national creator work to local venues, events, and field sales — with distinct roles for PBR (the icon) and Pabst Light (the growth play).

Why You'll Love It Here

Pabst is a portfolio of iconic American brands with a deep cultural footprint and an appetite to do things differently. This role offers the opportunity to shape how Pabst Blue Ribbon and Pabst Light show up at retail, influence real commercial outcomes, and build programs that matter to sales, retailers, and consumers alike.

Flexibility

Work that fits your life – unlimited vacation, 9 sick days, 10 company holidays, and 2 paid volunteer days.

Great Benefits

Comprehensive healthcare plans, a 401(k) with company match and immediate vesting, paid parental leave, disability coverage, life insurance, and more.

Great People

A casual, high-energy environment where authenticity is celebrated, curiosity is welcomed, and creativity is supported. It's a place where you can show up as yourself, take on meaningful challenges, and help build brands people actually care about.

What You'll Do

Influencer and Creator Program

  • Build and run the annual influencer and creator plan for both Pabst Blue Ribbon and Pabst Light, with clear roles, audience targets, and success metrics for each brand.
  • Source, vet, negotiate, contract, brief, and manage creators across tiers — from local scene-makers and micro-creators to established talent — keeping a live, refreshed roster rather than a one-off list.
  • Work with agency partners to unlock earned media opportunities relative to the partnerships in your scope.
  • Own creator briefs and content approvals end to end, protecting brand voice while leaving creators enough room to make things that actually perform.
  • Manage product seeding, gifting, and merch drops to creators and partners, including logistics, tracking, and follow-through on coverage.
  • Coordinate with the social team on content calendars, paid amplification, allowlisting/whitelisting, and community response so creator work lands as part of the brand's voice, not next to it.

Partnerships and Activation

  • Manage and nurture the partnerships that make Pabst Blue Ribbon and Pabst Brewing Co brands leading in-culture beverage brands, with a specific focus on the creator layer that brings those partnerships to life
  • Help enlist and manage partnerships that increase brand awareness through reach, relevance, retention and revenue.
  • Vet potential creator and partnership opportunities using sound criteria including relevance, reach, cost, practicality, and return on investment. Present vetted opportunities in a clear and concise manner.
  • Support creator presence and content capture at experiential activations — music festivals, trade shows, and related partner events.

Support the day-to-day success of Pabst licensing opportunities including apparel, film/TV placements, collaborations, and e-commerce partnerships by extending them into creator and social programming. This includes, but is not limited to…

  • E-commerce merchandise collections, item assortment, and designs (both hard and soft goods)
  • Licensing opportunities
  • On-screen placements of PBR (film, tv, other media)
  • Measure, report and socialize outcomes of partnerships and culture campaigns within the broader business, to ensure the work you are doing to build the brand is visible and recognized
  • Prudently manage the Partnerships and Influencer budget, while running ROI models on investments to determine if they are sustainable, worth repeating, or require optimizations

Sales, Compliance, and Measurement

  • Ensure every piece of creator and partnership work meets legal and regulatory standards, including FTC disclosure requirements, the Beer Institute Advertising & Marketing Code, age-gating and legal-drinking-age audience composition standards, state alcohol advertising and inducement rules, and usage and rights terms.
  • Maintain the creator and partner database, contract templates, rate benchmarks, and post-program recaps so the program compounds instead of restarting each year.
  • Collaborate and communicate cross functionally within the business, most often with Sales and Legal
  • Other responsibilities may be delegated from time to time, dependent on business needs

What You'll Bring

  • You have 5+ years in brand marketing and partnerships.
  • Experience running paid and organic creator programs end to end — sourcing, negotiating, briefing, approving, and measuring.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred, but not required.
  • Demonstrated ability to build a creator program from scratch and keep it running — not just execute someone else's brief.
  • A deep, current understanding of internet and youth culture: who is interesting right now, why, and how quickly that changes.
  • Strong negotiation instincts and comfort talking rates, usage, exclusivity, and deliverables directly with talent and managers.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), organizational skills, and project management skills.
  • An understanding of traditional and non-traditional brand marketing strategies.
  • Sharp taste and judgment about content quality, brand fit, and reputational risk in a category where a bad partner is a real liability.
  • Willingness to test and learn, and respectfully push boundaries.
  • Ability to move quickly and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Smartsheet, and relevant social media networks such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, Facebook, X, and emerging channels.
  • Experience with influencer management and social listening platforms (e.g., CreatorIQ, GRIN, Tagger, Sprout Social, Dash Hudson) preferred.
  • Comfort with paid social manager tools.
  • Basic content editing ability (Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar) a plus.
