Manager of Lifecycle Marketing - 1 FT
SIGAReporting to the Director of Loyalty Marketing, this position develops and leads customer lifecycle and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) strategies to drive engagement, retention, and revenue growth across the organization.
Responsibilities
Leading the lifecycle marketing team and fostering strong cross-functional collaboration with Loyalty, Marketing Technology, Digital Marketing, Player Development, and Market Insights to ensure seamless execution and the delivery of consistent, high-quality, data-driven, and personalized customer experiences. Responsible for developing and leading the overall CRM and lifecycle marketing strategy, including defining segmentation and reinvestment approaches that drive profitable customer growth. Ensuring CRM initiatives are aligned with business priorities and integrated across channels through the design and execution of end-to-end customer journeys, encompassing automation, triggers, deployment, and ongoing performance monitoring. Determining the optimal offer, timing, and channel for customer communications using data-driven decisioning, while continuously analyzing results to optimize effectiveness and maximize customer lifetime value. Participating in planning, budgeting, and strategic initiatives in support of organizational priorities.
Qualifications
Successful completion of a four-year bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing or a related field. Education in analytics, computer science, or information systems is an asset. Certification in CRM platforms, marketing automation, or data analytics is an asset. A minimum of 4 years’ experience in CRM and/or lifecycle marketing, preferably in loyalty marketing. Experience in developing and executing email, push, SMS campaigns. Experience in A/B testing and performance analysis.
