As the Manager, Marketing Analytics & Performance Optimization at Velosio, you will own the measurement, analysis, and continuous improvement of marketing performance across programs, channels, campaigns, and investments.

This hands-on role will turn marketing data into clear decisions, establish a consistent performance management discipline, improve funnel conversion and campaign performance, and demonstrate marketing’s contribution to pipeline and revenue. This role will report to Sr. Manager of Marketing Operations & Performance.

Your day might look like:

  • Own marketing performance measurement across campaigns, programs, channels, audiences, geographies, segments, and investments.
  • Define and maintain marketing KPIs, funnel definitions, attribution logic, reporting standards, and performance benchmarks.
  • Build and maintain HubSpot dashboards, giving the marketing team day-to-day visibility into campaign performance.
  • Analyze funnel performance from inquiry or lead through MQL, sales acceptance, opportunity creation, pipeline, win rate, CAC and revenue.
  • Identify conversion bottlenecks, channel inefficiencies, audience gaps, and budget allocation opportunities.
  • Build recurring executive, marketing, and channel-level reporting that communicates results, trends, risks, and recommended actions.
  • Partner with campaign, digital, content, field, partner, and sales teams to turn data findings into optimization plans.
  • Develop hypotheses and manage testing programs across landing pages, nurture streams, audiences, messaging, and channel investments.
  • Evaluate marketing ROI, cost efficiency, pipeline return, customer acquisition cost, and other relevant performance metrics.
  • Recommend budget shifts based on performance, marginal returns, pipeline quality, strategic priorities, and capacity constraints.
  • Improve data quality, campaign taxonomy, source tracking, UTM standards, CRM fields, and reporting consistency in partnership with Marketing Operations and Sales Operations.
  • Create segment- and account-level analyses that support account-based marketing, industry campaigns, customer expansion, and partner motions.
  • Conduct post-campaign and post-event analyses, documenting results, lessons learned, and recommended actions.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to marketing leaders by explaining what happened, why it happened, what to do next, and how to measure improvement.
  • Manage external analytics, data, or agency resources as needed and mentor analysts as the team grows.

What you'll bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, analytics, statistics, economics, or a related field; equivalent experience considered
  • 5-8 years of experience in marketing analytics, revenue operations, demand generation analytics, digital analytics, or business intelligence
  • Experience measuring B2B marketing performance across a complex, multi-channel demand generation environment
  • Strong understanding of B2B funnel stages, lead management, pipeline creation, opportunity conversion, attribution, and revenue measurement
  • Demonstrated ability to turn analysis into prioritized, actionable business recommendations
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with BI and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 and HubSpot, or comparable systems
  • Familiarity with web analytics, paid media reporting, campaign tracking, UTM governance, and digital conversion measurement
  • Comfort working with imperfect data, identifying root causes, and improving measurement processes over time
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to tailor findings for executives, marketers, and sales stakeholders

You might also bring:

  • Experience in B2B technology, professional services, SaaS, a Microsoft partner, or a channel-driven business
  • Experience supporting account-based marketing and enterprise or midmarket demand generation motions
  • Working knowledge of SQL, data modeling, data warehouses, or advanced analytics tools
  • Experience with multi-touch attribution, marketing mix analysis, cohort analysis, and forecasting
  • Experience in a private equity-backed, high-growth, or transformation environment
  • Familiarity with Power BI, Dynamics 365, Microsoft Fabric, or Azure data tools
  • Atlanta metro area location with the ability to participate in a hybrid work environment three days per week
