What You’ll Do
We are looking for a Manager, Email Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing efforts, primarily through email automation and development, to nurture new audience members and strengthen affinity among existing audiences. This is a production focused role in creating pre-designed emails in our email marketing platform. This role may also assist in website, sms, and other in other digital channels in service of supporting execution of omni-channel marketing tactics.
The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing and/or technology, have used email marketing tools, and be an eager learner and teammate, ready to jump in, gain new skills, and flex to provide support where it’s needed most.

• Experience in Microsoft Dynamics or another Customer Relationship Platform (CRM), preferred
• Experience editing content in a CMS, such as Drupal, preferred

Your Future Team
The Marketing team develops Teach For America’s brand identity, steers its creative execution, and promotes the brand and TFA programs to target audiences through integrated campaigns. This position is part of the Digital Marketing sub-team, who creates and leads an integrated digital strategy across email, mobile, website, and additional digital marketing tools across the Teach For America enterprise. This role aids in the production of creating compelling digital engagement products for various audiences including prospective program participants, current corps members and alumni, donors, and other audiences.
Your Compensation
The applicable salary range for each U.S.-based role is based on where the employee works and is aligned to one of 3 tiers according to a cost of labor index in that geographic area. Starting pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. New hires are typically brought into the organization at a salary between the range minimum and the salary range midpoint depending on qualifications, internal equity, and the budgeted amount for the role. The expected salary ranges for this role are set forth below. These ranges may be modified in the future.
Tier A: $55,700 - $73,100
Tier B: $60,800 - $79,700
Tier C: $65,700 - $86,300
