Location: McLean, VA (Onsite)
Type: Full-Time Exempt

About FPSA:
The Food Production Solutions Association (FPSA) is a Northern Virginia-based trade association that provides networking, marketing, training and educational opportunities to the food processing and packaging industry. Our members include food producers, original equipment manufacturers, and service providers to the food and beverage industry.
Position Summary:
FPSA’s membership data is the foundation of nearly every function of the Association — recruitment and retention, event registration, marketing campaigns, advertising partnerships, and revenue reporting all depend on it. As the Association expands its membership categories, marketing channels, and adds new events and programs, the accuracy, structure, and usability of that data have become central to the organization’s ability to operate and grow.

Reporting to the Director, Marketing, Communications and Design, this position serves as the Association’s system administrator and primary data resource, translating member and campaign data into reporting and actionable insights that informs decision making across departments. The role also supports front-line member transactions and event registration, ensuring the data captured at every member touchpoint is complete and reliable. The ideal candidate is a detail-driven, technically capable professional who works independently, identifies process improvements without being asked, and can communicate what the data means to colleagues who do not work with it daily.
