Flourish Schools is a growing network of small K–8 private schools across the greater Phoenix area. Students learn academics One on One and grow their SuperPowers through hands-on, project-based learning.
About the Role
We’re looking for local parents who love creating content to help us share what Flourish is all about. You’ll attend our free Kinder Round-Ups and family workshops with your child, capture your experience, and share it with your followers on Instagram, TikTok or Facebook.
What You'll Do
- Attend Flourish family events (evenings and weekends) with your child
- Create short, authentic videos and posts about your experience
- Share content on your own social media, labeled as a paid partnership
- Share your unique sign-up link with your followers
Who We're Looking For
- A parent living in or near the Phoenix area, ideally with a child aged 3–6
- An active social media presence with local parent followers (any size welcome)
- Comfortable on camera and good at telling real, relatable stories
- Experience with ESA or school choice content is a plus
$20 - $20 an hour
$20/hour, part-time and flexible. Hours are based on events attended and content created.
