Role Overview:

The Lifecycle Marketing Specialist supports execution across email, app push, and SMS

marketing, working closely with the Lifecycle & Performance Marketing Manager to deliver

day-to-day campaigns, journeys, and optimizations.

Key Responsibilities:

Cross-Channel

  • Build and maintain segmentation and audience lists within Braze.
  • Support journey builds and updates based on customer behavior, lifecycle stage, and

post-purchase communications.

  • QA all campaigns for functionality, rendering, tracking accuracy, and customer

experience prior to send.

  • Monitor day-to-day channel performance and flag opportunities or issues to the

Manager.

Email

  • Execute email campaigns end-to-end — from briefing creative assets to scheduling, QA,

and send.

  • Maintain the email content calendar and coordinate with Creative for asset delivery and

timing.

  • Run A/B tests across email to support continuous performance improvement.
  • Identify and execute new strategies for growing the email subscriber list (e.g., sign-up

incentives, on-site capture points, co-marketing opportunities).

App

  • Own and maintain a marketing calendar for in-app messaging and push notifications,

ensuring timely and relevant delivery aligned with broader lifecycle and promotional

strategy.

  • Collaborate with the App team on new marketing initiatives, feature releases, and in-app

campaign opportunities to ensure marketing is integrated into the app roadmap.

  • Identify and execute new strategies for driving app downloads and push opt-ins.

SMS

  • Own the development and execution of new transactional and marketing SMS

campaigns, from setup through send.

  • Identify and execute new strategies for growing the SMS subscriber list (e.g., sign-up

incentives, on-site capture points, checkout opt-ins).

What They’ll Bring

  • 3–4 years of experience in email, SMS, or marketing automation — Braze experience

strongly preferred.

  • Detail-oriented with strong QA habits and comfort working within tight send-schedule

deadlines.

  • Familiarity with segmentation, list management, and basic performance reporting.
  • Technology-forward mindset with genuine interest in using AI tools to streamline

campaign workflows, accelerate QA, and surface insights from performance data.

  • Collaborative and eager to grow into greater strategic ownership over time.
  • Clear communicator who can work cross-functionally with Creative, Data, and external

partners
