  • Oversee the technical execution of campaign deployments, including build, test, and QA processes.
  • Conduct ongoing SEO audits and manage keyword/content strategies to improve search visibility.
  • Support demand generation initiatives, including content creation (landing pages, blogs, lead magnets) and promotional campaigns.
  • Coordinate Longboard’s presence at industry trade shows and events, including logistics, pre-event promotion, on-site engagement, and post-event follow-up.

Lifecycle Nurturing & Conversion

  • Activate intent and behavioural signals to drive triggered outreach.
  • Implement A/B testing and experimentation strategy to continuously improve campaign performance.
  • Partner with Sales to align marketing efforts with pipeline progression, lead scoring, and account-based strategies.
  • Define and maintain audience segments used across campaigns and advertising.
  • Create onboarding and retention campaigns to strengthen customer relationships.
  • Support initiatives that drive advocacy (case studies, reviews, NPS).
  • Deliver customer updates and educational resources to maintain engagement.

Data, Insights & Reporting

  • Define and monitor metrics to measure, analyze, and report on the success and impact of lifecycle marketing efforts.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance across digital, events, and email.
  • Maintain campaign attribution, field mapping, and list health within Salesforce to ensure data accuracy and reporting integrity.
  • Provide actionable recommendations to improve targeting, engagement, and ROI.

About You

  • 2–4 years of experience in digital, demand generation, or lifecycle marketing (B2B preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with SEO, paid media, CRM, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including campaign automation, audience segmentation, and send management.
  • Strong understanding of the customer journey, segmentation, and lifecycle marketing best practices.
  • Experience managing trade shows or events, including logistics and lead capture.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure, analyze, and optimize campaign performance.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to create engaging content for different buyer stages.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Benefits and Compensation
