The Role

We are seeking a creative and passionate Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join our team and own lifecycle marketing for SuppCo, Function’s supplement tracking and optimization platform. You will work with our Growth, Creative, and SuppCo product teams to build SuppCo’s lifecycle automation foundation from the ground up — designing the messaging journeys that turn new users into engaged, loyal members and power SuppCo’s growth into a leading e-commerce brand.The ideal candidate is comfortable working through ambiguity, meticulous in their attention to detail, self-motivated, resourceful, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment. As an early member of our team, your contributions will play a critical role in shaping the future of our member experience as we scale from currently thousands of members to millions.

Key Responsibilities

• Own SuppCo’s lifecycle marketing end to end — strategy, execution, and reporting across email, push, and in-app messaging.
• Build SuppCo’s lifecycle automation foundation from the ground up: onboarding, engagement, conversion, replenishment, and winback journeys in Iterable.
• Leverage Iterable Catalog to match SuppCo’s product feed to member stacks and deliver personalized supplement recommendations at scale.
• Partner with the Growth creative team and our AI-assisted content engine to brief, refine, and ship on-brand campaigns at high velocity.
• Define and track lifecycle KPIs — activation, repeat purchase rate, LTV, and churn — and run a disciplined experimentation program against them.
• Collaborate with SuppCo product and Function Lifecycle teams to connect SuppCo journeys with the broader Function member experience.
• Provide lifecycle support for new launches that touch SuppCo, including credits, family plans, and add-on offerings.

What We Are Looking For

• 6+ years of lifecycle/CRM marketing experience, ideally at a high-growth e-commerce or subscription consumer brand.
• Hands-on expertise in Iterable (or a comparable ESP such as Braze or Klaviyo) — journey building, segmentation, dynamic content, and deliverability.
• A proven track record of building lifecycle programs from scratch and scaling them into meaningful revenue drivers.
• Strong analytical skills: you define your own KPIs, design clean experiments, and turn data into decisions.
• An excellent cross-functional collaborator who moves fast with product, creative, and data partners.
• Comfort with AI-assisted content workflows and a bias toward automating repeatable work.
• Passion for health, wellness, and Function’s mission of empowering people to live 100 healthy years.
• Nice to have: Iterable Catalog experience, supplement or health e-commerce background, basic HTML email skills, and familiarity with SQL or product analytics tools.
