Lifecycle Marketing Lead

The Lifecycle Marketing Lead is responsible for leading the execution and optimization of the lead and customer journey, from initial engagement through conversion and retention. This role focuses on improving lead progression, engagement, and conversion by aligning lifecycle strategy, CRM workflows, segmentation, and campaign execution to support pipeline growth and clinical recruitment efforts.

This role leverages performance data and best practices to continuously improve lifecycle programs and overall funnel efficiency. In close partnership with Business Development, Digital Marketing, and Content, the Lifecycle Marketing Lead supports effective lead management, cross-functional alignment, and consistent campaign execution. The role maintains a strong focus on data integrity, operational efficiency, and measurable impact on marketing performance.
