  • Support campaign testing, reporting, optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to collate and apply feedback, manage approvals and deliver effective lifecycle communications.
  • Follow processes to ensure communications comply with brand, privacy, consent, accessibility and governance requirements.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and recommend improvements to communication performance.
  • Support reporting and insights to improve member engagement and campaign outcomes.

What are we looking for in you?

  • Relevant study or equivalent experience in Digital Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Digital Media or a related field.
  • Experience creating content, communications or customer-facing materials in a professional environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to combine copy and imagery to create engaging member communications.
  • Experience working with digital marketing platforms, templates or content production processes considered an advantage but not a requirement.
  • Ability to learn and navigate digital platforms and tools.
  • Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud templates, particularly InDesign, Photoshop and Dreamweaver, with a basic understanding of HTML or a willingness to learn. Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and collaborate effectively. Transferable experience and demonstrated capability will be considered in lieu of formal qualifications.
  • Confidence in managing and coordinating multiple business stakeholders with varying needs, priorities and requirements.

What can we offer you?

  • A workplace culture where our people feel valued, respected and empowered
  • Work in flexible ways that meet work/life commitments and support wellbeing
  • Professional career development and training
