As the Lead Analyst, Performance Marketing Analytics within Expanded Core, you will serve as a senior analytical partner to our performance and paid marketing teams. This is a highly hands-on individual contributor role requiring strong analytical depth, business judgment, and the ability to independently tackle ambiguous performance marketing questions. You will partner closely with Marketing and cross-functional teams to improve measurement, experimentation, reporting, and decision-making across user acquisition.
This is a full-time role that can be held from one of our US offices or remotely in the United States.

- Support decisions around channel strategy, audience targeting, bidding, and budget allocation through rigorous analysis.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve marketing efficiency and quantify expected business impact.
- Develop deep-dive analyses that move beyond reporting to explain why performance is changing and what actions should be taken.

- Partner with Marketing on the design, execution, and analysis of A/B tests, holdouts, lift studies, and other incrementality tests.
- Apply appropriate statistical and analytical methods to evaluate marketing effectiveness when direct experimentation is not possible.
- Help improve measurement approaches across paid acquisition, balancing rigor, speed, and business needs.
- Evaluate performance across multiple measurement methodologies and clearly communicate limitations, trade-offs, and confidence levels.
Data & Storytelling
- Use SQL, Python, and visualization tools to independently conduct complex analyses across user-, campaign-, and event-level datasets.
- Build and maintain scalable reporting and analytical frameworks that provide clear visibility into marketing performance.
- Partner with Analytics Engineering and Data Science to improve data quality, measurement inputs, and reusable analytics infrastructure.
- Translate complex analytical findings into clear, persuasive business narratives and recommended next steps.
- Present insights to senior stakeholders and influence decisions through a strong understanding of both the data and the underlying business.
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to best practices across the analytics team.
