Junior Graphic Designer & Social Media Marketing Coordinator

Harvey Norman Commercial Division are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer/ Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to join our team in Taren Point.

The Role:

Working closely with our Marketing team, you will be responsible for creating, polished marketing materials used across print, digital and social media platforms.

The successful applicant must be highly organised and possess strong written and verbal communication skills. You must be able to multi-task and demonstrate the ability to manage multiple marketing tasks simultaneously, with exceptional attention to detail.

Responsibilities: 

Design and deliver a range of promotional collateral including social media assets, flyers, brochures, website assets, newsletters, vehicle signage and invitations. 

• Prepare print‑ready files with a solid understanding of print processes
• Create, design and schedule social media content, including photography and video production
• Demonstrate strong organisational and time management skills
• Assist with coordinating events - Manage attendee lists, invitations, RSVPs, and pending responses
• Assist with Admin tasks - Manage budgets and accurately track and allocate invoices for events
• Assist with Website content and daily product uploading using Magento (training will be provided)
