Job Summary

Amorepacific US is seeking a charismatic Public Relations & Influencer Marketing Intern with 1-2 years of previous beauty experience to support our in-house PR team. We are especially interested in candidates who have some experience in affiliate marketing.

Principle Accountabilities

  • Manage a multitude of assignments at once and work with the Specialist and Manager to prioritize accordingly
  • Assist with communication for the general PR email account
  • Manage and organize inventory of products in PR closet in a timely manner via SAP
  • Help manage product send-outs and product mailings, including beauty award submissions and influencer deliveries
  • Manage the execution of campaign mailing lists. Must have keen and strategic eye for selecting creators to receive PR kits.
  • Help maintain influencer campaigns daily on Traackr
  • Assist in researching and outreach to potential influencer partners for the brand
  • Assist in updating media lists with new contact information of influencers, magazine editors, makeup artists
  • Assist in sourcing Sephora, Amazon and TikTok Shop affiliates
  • Competitive research on influencer mailers, activations, events
  • Weekly reporting on influencer mentions

Key Experience and Skills

  • 2 years of previous experience in beauty / luxury / lifestyle brand
  • Strong understanding of creators within beauty & lifestyle space and latest trends in pop culture & social media (Tiktok, Youtube, Instagram, Pinterest)
  • Interest in developing a career in influencer marketing and public relations
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word & Traackr.

Skill Sets/Personal Attributes

  • Excellent interpersonal and writing skills
  • Hands-on, can-do, “roll up your sleeves” attitude
  • Proactive, organized, detail oriented and ability to work well in a collaborative environment but also work independently, meeting deadlines under the supervision of the PR Manager
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in fast-paced environment.
