OUR MISSION is to provide the best experience for everybody to improve their quality of life through fitness.

About the role

Club Fitness and Club Elite operate 18 fitness clubs across the St. Louis metropolitan area. We are seeking a hands-on HubSpot expert to manage the systems supporting member acquisition, retention, reactivation, and membership upgrades.

You will translate requests from our marketing team and agency partners into reliable reporting, integrations, audience segmentation, and automation. Marketing leadership owns strategy, creative, and media buying; you own the technical implementation and ongoing platform performance.

Responsibilities

Attribution and reporting: Configure source tracking, campaign tagging, and HubSpot dashboards that connect marketing activity to leads, membership purchases, and revenue by location and channel.

Server-side tracking: Implement and maintain Meta Conversions API and Google Ads enhanced conversions or offline conversion integrations. Validate event delivery, identity matching, deduplication, and conversion values.

API integrations: Connect HubSpot with advertising platforms, websites, booking tools, and membership systems using native integrations, custom APIs, and webhooks. Monitor and resolve sync failures.

Full-funnel oversight: Maintain lifecycle stages, pipelines, location-based lead routing, and tracking from initial inquiry through membership, retention, and reactivation. Identify missing data and broken handoffs.

Segmentation and automation: Build dynamic subscriber and advertising audiences, suppression rules, and marketer-defined workflows for nurturing, onboarding, retention, and upgrades.

Platform management: Maintain data quality, subscription preferences, access controls, documentation, and reliable day-to-day operation.

Compensation: $50,000-$60,000 based on experience.
