Position Overview:

We’re looking for a results-driven HubSpot Marketing Specialist to take ownership of our HubSpot platform and lead efforts in automation, lead generation, and performance analysis. This hybrid role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution—ideal for a marketing tech expert who thrives on optimizing systems and driving results across departments.

What You’ll Do:

Manage and optimize HubSpot’s Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs

Build and execute marketing campaigns including emails, landing pages, and CTAs

Create and refine lead scoring models and nurturing workflows

Analyze campaign and CRM data to generate actionable insights

Support integrations with platforms like Salesforce, Shopify, and GA4

Provide training, documentation, and support to internal teams

Qualifications: What You’ll Bring:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field—or equivalent experience

2–5 years of hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub and CRM

Proficiency in email marketing, lead gen strategy, and data reporting

Strong collaboration, training, and communication skills

Preferred: HubSpot certifications, HTML/CSS knowledge, and experience with GA4 or Power BI
