About Fooji

Fooji is a B2B2C marketing software company with purpose built logistics and human backed support. Our platform helps enterprise brands run sweepstakes and giveaway campaigns, send creator and influencer gifting at scale, and fulfill orders from marketing-driven pop-up social commerce stores - all backed by our own warehouse and fulfillment operations, so we actually get products into people's hands, not just run a dashboard. Our clients span CPG, hospitality, retail, and entertainment. We've been in business since 2015, and in 2024 we shifted from a campaign-based model to a SaaS model - which is exactly why this role exists.

This is a new opportunity to help shape how Fooji brings in business, with a ton of room to grow as we do.

This role is based onsite at our Lexington, KY office.

About the Role

If you've been doing account strategy, campaign coordination, or similar hands-on marketing work and you're ready for a role with more ownership, we'd love to talk. You'll take the lead on generating qualified leads (MQLs) for our sales team and running tests to keep getting smarter about how we do it - backed by our CEO, COO, and Director of Revenue Ops, who set the overall strategy and are genuinely invested in helping you succeed and grow.

We love hearing new ideas. If you spot a gap or a smarter way to do something, speak up - we want to know what you're seeing. That said, this role isn't responsible for setting strategy; that sits with our CEO, COO, and Director of Revenue Ops. Your focus is bringing their strategy to life through great execution.

What You'll Own

  • MQL generation - run cost-effective pipeline programs targeting enterprise buyers (Fortune 500 marketing, brand, and creator/influencer teams). Think targeted outbound, smart use of intent/signal data, sharing live case studies on LinkedIn, warm referral and partner motions, and creative low-spend tests - not a big always-on ad budget. Part of the fun is figuring out what works before we go all-in on it
  • A/B testing & optimization - landing pages, ad creative, email sequences, and funnel steps
  • Funnel & conversion tracking - help keep MQL / SQL / pipeline data clean and visible, working closely with sales and RevOps
  • Campaign execution for target accounts - run account-based campaigns aimed at exciting enterprise targets
  • Marketing/sales alignment - work hand-in-hand with the sales team so marketing efforts are judged on real pipeline contribution
  • Reporting - keep simple dashboards and updates so leadership can see what's working

What this Role is NOT

This isn't a brand, content, or social media management role - it's focused on generating pipeline for our sales team.

Onboarding: Brand Strategy Rotation (first ~120 days)

As part of onboarding, you'll get to spend time with our Brand Strategy team, partially covering for a Brand Strategist who will be out on maternity leave for about 5 months. It's a great head start:

  • How Fooji pitches and services to enterprise clients
  • Our case studies and proof points by vertical
  • How our three product lines (Promotions, Gifting, Social Commerce) solve different client problems
  • The language and positioning our sales team already uses
  • Our wholistic support provided to subscription clients

You'll shift into a full-time focus on performance marketing as the team's capacity allows, and this early context will set you up to hit the ground running with sales.

What You Bring

  • 2-5 years of marketing experience - account strategy, campaign management, growth/performance marketing, or similar - ideally in B2B or B2B2C
  • Some experience generating leads or pipeline in a cost-conscious way, without a big paid media budget
  • Comfort testing and iterating on campaigns (landing pages, emails, ads)
  • Familiarity with a CRM like HubSpot
  • Basic understanding of how SaaS/subscription businesses work (MRR, trials, sales-assisted funnels)
  • A self-starter who's excited to take on more ownership and grow with us
  • An entrepreneurial mindset - you're insatiably curious, love learning and tinkering, and figure things out rather than waiting to be told exactly what to do. You genuinely enjoy this kind of work
  • Solid written communication skills
  • Must be able to work in our Lexington, KY office

Nice to Haves

  • Working knowledge of the creator/influencer marketing industry
  • Experience with low-cost channels such as partnerships or content-led SEO
  • Experience marketing to enterprise marketing/brand teams
  • Experience with sales enablement or case study development
  • Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance; 100% covered for employee; 40% for dependents
  • Unlimited PTO and sick days
  • Company paid Life insurance
  • Company paid LTD insurance
  • Flexible schedule
  • 401k
